Now that you’ve visited us online, the next step is to visit us in person. Nothing beats hearing the rush of a waterfall, feeling the cool breeze across one’s face or watching deer and wild turkey roam the woods.

To help you experience The Headwaters to the fullest, you can enjoy our two night Discovery Package for just $199 per night plus tax for stays Sunday through Wednesday OR $229 per night plus tax for stays Thursday through Saturday. You will stay in one of our luxurious three bedroom, three bath villas. With two outside decks, three fireplaces and luxurious master bath, you’ll quickly see the value and attention to detail that is The Headwaters. While on the property, you can hike our trails, canoe on our lakes, fish for Rainbow Trout, take in a movie at the club, work out at the fitness center, enjoy a game of pool or explore our six community parks.

This offer is limited to those persons seriously interested in a real estate purchase. Before the offer is extended, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire detailing your property interest. Of course there is no obligation to purchase anything, but should you decide to do so, we will reimburse you upon closing on a future purchase. It’s that simple.

If you are flying to the area, you can fly into either Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina (2+ hours drive time) or the Tri-Cities Airport in Johnson City, Tennessee just 55 minutes from Headwaters. Rental cars are readily available at both airports. Private general aviation aircrafts can also fly into the Elizabethton, Tennessee Municipal Airport located just 30 minutes away. Whether driving or flying, The Headwaters is within easy reach.
